Music

Upcoming events.

I have an exciting season coming up in collaboration with local companies in Boston. I am thrilled to join Boston Lyric Opera this season as an Emerging Artist. You can also find me performing with the Choir of the New Jerusalem at Church on the Hill.

In addition to my work in classical music repertoire, you can find me recording and performing neo-soul music with the Las Vegas-based band, Trust in the Sun, at their artful event, Playful Pastime.

On my path as a spiritual practitioner, I host Soul Recharge, a group healing event aimed at helping artists reconnect with their inner power.

trust in the sun

Trust In The Sun is a Las Vegas based band and music recording collective that incorporates elements of jazz, soul, funk and pop to create a buttery fusion of sound that hits you deep.

The collective of musicians consists of Marion and Mary on vocals, Justin on winds, Tim on guitar, Stefano on bass, and River on percussion.

Every month, Trust in the Sun hosts "Playful Pastime", weaving magic and music all night long as friends join the band on stage at The Usual Place in downtown Las Vegas for the an epic jam session with local talent!

There’s something sweet about the way you hold my hand then look away/ There’s something raw about your kiss/ It takes me to a place of bliss/ Divinity within me, balanced with masculinity/ Blinded by thoughts of you, uneven ground when you come through/ I’m missing a part of me, but it feels so sweet.

  • Our first single highlighting the full band.

  • Empress is a song about the balance between the masculine and the feminine. Disharmony between these two forces within ourselves leads us to look outwardly to fill that void. This song describes losing oneself in a lover, and the toxicity that feels so sweet.

    Listen Here

  • City of Stars is a song about feeling stuck in a moment in time after a heartbreak. Even though one is surrounded by the beauty of the rain and a city full of stars, there’s a feeling of numbness after being reminded of the love lost.

As an independent artist, SomethinSweet explores the uncharted territories of music, embracing a delicate fusion of natural and electronic sounds.

My compositions are marked by experimental minimalism, made unique by altered vocals and hypnotic soundscapes that beckons listeners into unexplored dimensions.

Rich harmonies interweave with meditative undertones, creating a sensorial experience that transcends conventional musical boundaries.

Pulled down under, current surging, feeling without seeing / In my language I am calling, transcending words / Magnetism draws you closer, sway to my voice / Reveling in all my power, here to bring you peace.
